Has your definition of art clanged since from the beginning of this class?
Yes. At the beginning of the semester, I wasn't very good, or into art. As the semester continued, I respected artists a lot more because it is hard work to do what they do well. (lollipop drawing)

Regardless of whether a project was successful or not, describe the one where you learned, grew, or developed the most from? Please explain.
The one project where I learned more about art and how to make it good was my weaving project. I felt like that was the one thing in that class that I actually enjoyed and was good at. I chose weaving because I thought it would be easy and wouldn't take too much skill. As I continued on, I realized that it was definitely not a cake walk. It was hard to see where to weave the different colors into each other and it was hard to determine what to do next.

I severely disliked using charcoal to make art, but I feel I leaned and grew the most from it. Before this art class, I really didn't know that charcoal was a medium. After doing that unit though, I had a little bit more respect for using charcoal.

What did you find most difficult about this class? This could be anything from gathering materials, to generating projects ideas, to applying a particular technique. What could be done to resolve this issue in the future?
What I found most difficult was generating project ideas. This was mainly because I am not a very creative person. In the future I could become more creative and have better ideas for art.

Which project was your most successful? Describe the theme and or topic and the process you went through to complete the project.
In my opinion my weaving project was the most successful. The theme for my project was triangles. A bunch of triangles. The process I went through was starting with two blue lines across the bottom and then I decided to put a triangle in. Then I was inspired to do lots more triangles in my piece.
